TerreFerme
La TerreFerme est une bière bien charpentée qui vous conduit sur des sentiers houblonnés parsemés de riches arômes floraux. Une bière arborant une amertume à la fois vive et délicate, reflétant le territoire rustique et bucolique que sont les îles de la Madeleine. Une attitude franche et végétale!

Corne de brume
Brassée à partir d’une recette du XVIIe siècle, la Corne de Brume est une bière forte à l’image de ces breuvages longuement vieillis en fût de chêne, que les marins emportaient avec eux, durant leurs longs voyages sur les mers froides et brumeuses de l’Atlantique Nord À l’abri de la Tempête vous invite à écouter la mer et sa Corne de Brume…

Corps Mort
Inspiré de ce rocher en perdition au large des Îles, Corps Mort est un vin d’orge salin et robuste. Brassé à partir de grains fumés, ayant frayé avec le hareng du «Fumoir d’Antan», il offre une alliance de saveurs riches et sauvages ayant un fort potentiel de vieillissement. **Peut contenir des traces de hareng boucané!

Rousse forte aux fruits

Blanche aux mûres
Wheat beer with a natural blackberry colour. Light head that clings to the glass. The acidity of the fruit caresses the palate leaving a mellow, refreshing malt taste. The malts mix with the fruit and hops to give an harmonious blend of tastes.

Blonde au Chardonnay

Blonde biologique
The first certified organic beer in Quebec. Blonde beer with a fresh grain aroma. It offers mellow and smooth malt flavors. Subtle hops leave a slightly spicy finish which gives this beer a persisting herbaceous flavor. A well balanced beer!

Brasse-Camarade
When tempers boil! This red ale offers a social aftertaste! Parts of the profits go to the Fonds d’emprunt économique communautaire de Québec which helps finance small enterprises. A good way of investing in your community!

India Pale Ale
Red copper beer with floral aromas from fresh hops. A crisp bitterness hits the palate supported by malt and hops. Long lasting hops finish.

Rousse bitter
Magnificient red ale with an orange colour and a thick, effervescent head. The resulting taste is an explosion of hops combined to a perfect blend of caramel malt. Hops leave an undying memory on your tatse buds which will be eagerly screaming for more!

Stout Impérial
Liquid darkness that enlightens our senses ... A heavy, unctuous beer which floods your senses. This beer offers strong roasted grain aromas supported by a strong alcohol scent. Les Brasseurs du Temps

Trois Portages
A pale, luminous straw-coloured beer with fruity accents of peach, pineapple and orange. The peppery orange taste dominates the taste buds, reminiscent of Cointreau, until the sweetness gives way to biting notes of orange rind. Bitter is bound to sweet in a long, suave savouring.

Diable au Corps
With its solid 100 IBU, this beer bursts with the hops’ citrus, cherry, rosewater and woody notes. Sugary sweetness mixes with the taste of the alcohol to leave a lingering, bittersweet taste.

La Corne et La Muse
The melodious name evokes a typical Scottish pub, where kilt-wearing musicians proudly raise a salute to the 100th BDT brew. Mahogany-coloured, with a persistent coffee-hued head, its sweet malt and caramel notes rise over a background of grilled hazelnuts, and a subtle melody of peat. A full, sweet caramelized flavour is accented with berry and a toasted, honeyed finish, and the warmth of alcohol vanquishes the last chill of winter.

La Montoise
Golden blonde in colour, the Montoise is a high-fermentation beer (Ale) which offers a long-lasting head and is effervescent. This ale caresses the palate with its soft sensation accompanied by lightly fruited hops flavours.

La Frousse
The Frousse is a high-fermentation beer (Ale). A pale red-amber ale with copper highlights. A slight hint of caramel is almost undetectable. The aftertaste has a delicate bitterness that will take you by surprise.

La Carotte du Lièvre
The Carotte du Lièvre is a high fermentation beer (Ale). It is orange in colour and has a creamy texture. It has a light cooked-vegetable taste and a nice bitterness in the end.

La Jos Montferrand
The Jos Montferrand is a high fermentation beer (Ale). It is brewed with high quality ingredients, with no additives and no chemical products. It is an authentic non-pasteurized 100% pure malt. It has a creamy head, a caramel taste and a slightly strong bitterness.

La El Lapino
The El Lapino is a high fermentation beer (Ale). Blonde in colour, it has a short lasting head. It has a fresh hot pepper aroma and a slightly spicy bitterness that leaves a warm note in the end.

La Brune au Miel
The Brune au Miel is a high fermentation beer (Ale). Red burgundy in colour, it has a long lasting head. Its warm aromas recall vanilla, cloverleaf honey and caramel. It has a round, velvety texture and it coats the palate. Its sweet taste masks its acidity and is finished by dry-roasted bitterness.

La Ginger Beer
The Ginger Beer is a high fermentation beer (Ale) brewed according to the recipe of the Lausanne Castle in Switzerland. Its hops is delicate but it has a strong ginger flavour toned down by the perfect spice mix.

L'Évasion
The Évasion is a high fermentation beer (Ale) brewed with biological honey. It has a slightly fruited taste and a honey clover finish.

La IPA du Lièvre
The I.P.A. du Lièvre is a seasonal high fermentation beer (ale). Its creamy head covers its powerful caramel taste. It has a strong, fresh hops aftertaste. A very refreshing beer.

La IPA Impériale
The I.P.A. impériale is a seasonal high fermentation beer (ale). Its creamy head covers its light caramel taste. Its hops aftertaste is not as strong as the I.P.A. du Lièvre, but is still as refreshing.

La El Diablo
Full scent of alcohol and butterscotch mixed with some pleasant aromas of fresh wood and vanilla from the oak barrels. Its taste is enjoyable, round and balanced. The freshness of our well chosen hops complements the wood aromas, giving it a slightly bitter finish that does not overwhelm the persisting vanilla and oak aromas. La Blanche
Belgian style «Witbeer». This beer is flavoured with coriander. It offers wheat, fruit and spicy flavors. Oat helps add body to the beer.

La Corriveau
From the top of her gallows, the Corriveau looks down on you as you savour a dark beer with espresso and chocolate aromas. Her deep colour is topped by a rich and unctuous cream which hides a sharp bitterness worthy of the dark thoughts which haunted the spirit of this legendary murderer.

MacKroken flower
The Flemish first developed this style of beer for the Scots. The Scottish thistle and the wildflower honey were key ingredients to this recipe. A light and complex beer, as well as rich and generous, it offers old port and intense caramel aromas.

L'Archange
L’Archange is a Hefe Weizen, a fruity, white beer brewed in the German tradition. It recalls the softness and the harshness shown by this angel who came from the highest celestial sphere.

La Malauze
La Malauze is a golden blonde. Its malt aroma and slight bitterness set it apart from the other blondes in its category.

La Colborne
Red amber in colour, the Colborne possesses a caramel aroma with a hint of coffee. The caramel taste and bitterness are clearly distinguishable.

La Corte-Réal
The Corte-Réal, golden blonde in colour, possesses a herbal aroma. Well balanced, this beer simultaneously offers a good taste of malt as well complex hops aromas.

La Saint-Barnabé
Oatmeal stout with a creamy texture and strong chocolate and coffee flavors. Its dark black colour suggests a coffee taste and the bitterness of a good espresso.

La Swordfish
The Swordfish is a brown beer combining the cereals of an english ale with Belgian yeast, which gives it a malted and light taste at the same time. Caramel and chocolate flavours are predominant, with a hint of spices in the finish.

La Blonde de l'Anse
Bière rafraîchissante 100% malt au bouquet subtil et à l'arôme velouté. C'est une blonde de type Ale, à 5% d'alcool accessible à tous. La Blonde de l’Anse est notre première bière brassée à l’Anse-à-Beaufils, et son nom se veut un hommage aux gens de chez nous.

La Bonne Aventure
Qui n’a pas envie d’une bonne aventure en Gaspésie ? Nous vous la proposons rousse ! Clin d’œil aux gens qui ont bâti l’île Bonaventure et à ceux encore très vivant de la ville du même nom, la Bonne Aventure est une Ale de tradition anglaise légèrement houblonnée au goût franc laissant une note caramélisée, à 5% d’alcool. D’un rubis profond, cette bière saura plaire aux amateurs de malt.

La Gaspésienne
La gaspésienne était un bateau de pêche en bois typique de notre région. Cette bière noire a été crée pour rappeler la vigueur et le courage de nos pêcheurs. De type porter à 6,2% d’alcool, elle contient un pourcentage d'orge gaspésien de la ferme Patasol à Bonaventure.

La 475 Blanche de Pratto
Cette bière blanche de type Ale, aux notes d’agrumes et d’épices, est brassée avec une portion de blé avec 4,75 % d’alcool. Concoctée pour les fêtes du 475e anniversaire de l’arrivée de Jacques Cartier à Gaspé, la 475 Blanche de Pratto a beaucoup d’histoire. Le Cap Pratto, d’où elle tire son nom, était le nom donné à Percé sur les cartes de Jacques cartier il y a 475 ans.

Belgian style dark beer with copper highlights, brewed with 10 cereals. Flavored with honey and matured at length.

La Noblesse

India Pale ale, copperish in colur with a good presence of hops and a touch of caramel.

L' Espiègle
Bière de seigle et sarrasin au malicieuse saveurs de malt. Ronde en bouche et soutenu par ses houblons, elle taquinera votre palais de ses épices poivrés.
